Leon MK3 Android Radio

Hi all did anyone managed to install a android radio on a Leon FR?
I found this one on ebay also there is another 4 but none says anything on the options the car has ?

How do you change the car settings?
Also you would need to do a lot of wiring back to the connections in the glove box , the screen on the Leon is just that, a screen with a few buttons round the side, the unit you show would be far from plug and play

was wondering if anyone has android radio and which one.
on that one you cant do nothing but cable not a issue vw sell everything
