I have decided to create a separate topic for this information, as I believe it could be of value to someone in the future.
Despite not being certain if the steering wheel for the Ibiza/Arona FR would fit my 2019 Leon, I took the risk and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a perfect fit. Notably, the leather texture effect on the newer Ibiza wheels is significantly superior to that of the basic Leon FR wheel. Also Ibiza steering wheels seem a lot cheaper on the likes of EBay
