Hi all,

Recently upgraded from a Mark 2 Leon sport to a 1.6 Leon FR Mark 2 Facelift - which I've got a couple of questions on:

1) It comes with DAB radio - with the 2.2 factory media system. It's the first car I've had with DAB so it's new to me.... but I'm quite disappointed with the performance and reception of it. On DAB band it loses signal about every 10 seconds, no matter if you're in an urban area, motorway, countryside etc. Is there any way to improve/fix the DAB or is this just normal? FM seems to work okayish and I'm having this problem listening to major stations such as Radio 1 etc on DAB. Any help would be great thanks

2) The front fog driver side fog light has got a mind of it's own and seems to randomly come on/off on it own accord. This is while my lights are set to both auto and just on (without the fog lights being turned on obviously). The previous owner upgraded the front lights to xenon LEDs and they look tasteful but I'm not sure if this has interfered with the front fog lights at all?

Any help would be great thanks.

1. What area are you in? DAB can be hit and miss. Also, if previous owner has fitted any LED's to rear lights they can interfere with the DAB signal.
2. Fog light could be the 'cornering' light.when you have headlights on, Turning right puts the right one on and left ditto. They will both come on if you put it in reverse.
