Leon custom moulded sub box...

Just finished the sub box in Beckys Leon today, got it all in and running, big grin on her face now she has proper tunes

Foam filler?? Nope it's all fibreglass mate.

Carpet is a spot on match, you should know me buy better than that by now (It's just the flash picks up a purple tint in the new carpet see it for real and it's a perfect match ) It's near enough the same texture too, false floor with access to the wheel is being made next, along with sorting the fronts out, needs some tweeking to get the best out of them.

Pete, does the vibration from the sub not do any damage to the amp when connected to the sub enclosure?

I have thought about making a few more, I might make a mould when I get a chance but it's all down to the time needed.

Vibration shouldn't be an issue, the box is pretty solid so doesn't give when the bass hits, and it's bolted in pretty damn tight.

I'd donor mine, but I have Alpine controller boxes all over the rear seats so it wouldn't make a good template. Think I am going to have to get a custom one made to fit round all the guff

If you look at how this one was built mate you'd see that it was made to fit flush, but it could be made any way you needed it.

This weekend I'm gonna fix that tho, have a full set of Boston Acoustics Pro series and a 6 channel Phase Evolution Amp to fit in the LCR...

If I only had this bassbox for my "12 Phoenix gold Ultimate sub.......
