anyone know if the front arb replacement on lc is worth it, i have whiteline 23mm rear adjustable set on stiffest setting.. big difference, would an uprated front arb be worth it, iirc on the lc its 23mm anyway, and will same size uprated arb be any different?

probs been asked before, so dont shoot me, couldnt find a definate;)

Ive always felt the rear alone balanced the car nicely so im a bit worried about upsetting what im used to. Be very interested in your views if you fit it.

I'd like to know this too, I'm was planning on purchasing both front and rear arbs but if there's no need to change the front then thats half the price!:)

James, how much did it cost you for both upper and lower strut braces? Is the lower one necessary, i've heard that it catches/grinds?

nah the lower one doesnt catch at all, if you get a s3 brace... circa 30quid from audi
60 quid for the top strut brace from audi

tbh from what ive learned, go for the rear arb first, i have the whiteline and it is really good.

im staying away from the front arb and uprating the bushes, droplinks instead.

Ok, thanks for that, I did look at the whiteline actually

Do you have any idea how much you're likely to pay for uprated droplinks/bushes?

yeah thats what i thought willie, as the lcr attatches to the hub doesnt it mate, the lc to the wishbones, so i would say less gains that the lcr.

id stick to rear arb and s3 lower brace then uprate all your bushes.

No sorry bud the opposite, the ARB directly acts on the coilovers on my car where on yours its attached to the wish bones which are attached to the ball joints, which are attached to the hubs, and the coilovers are attached to the hubs.
Front, rear and front strutt brace = BIG difference, BIG!!
