Hey! I have a 2017 Leon that I just got. I love it! (I bought another Leon after my last one got taken out by a fiat 500).

I want to find out what is needed to get android auto working on it while keeping the various other features working (Park pilot, sensors, modes, etc)

What what has been told to me this far, my Leon was made before AA was rolled out fully. So I want to see if I am enable or retrofit it.

If it isn't possible, big sad, but fair! If it is possible, would love to get this ball rolling!

2017 should already support Android Auto & Apple Carplay

I am dumb. I don't know why I had it in my head that it was 2017.

Well, same question applies, can I get android auto in it?

Yes

Amazing! Thank you! One step closer! Now I need to see if I can find a way to wirelessly charge my phone and keep it cool at the same time...

But thank you again! I apologise for the confusion caused by my idiocy. I found out why I thought it was 17. My courtesy car was a 17 plate.

There is a cheaper way to retrofit it. You can buy a unit from aliexpress for like 200$ and just plug it into your existing MIB1 unit and you can have carplay and android auto.

Hope this helps!
