leon 1.6s lemon?

Hi.
After a decent test drive, apart from noisy brakes,i decided to buy an 02 leon1.6s.with 45k miles.
I picked the car up and it looked immaculate, and had been given a full service, mot and 102 point check with new discs and pads all round to cure
the brake noise, plus a dozen other new bits including a horn.
Within 30 mins the emission light had come on and the power dropped.
I rang the (Seat) dealer and they booked me in for 12 days time.
Since then the drivers footwell has filled up with water and washing the car
1 week after buying it has revealed faded and white areas(looks like overbuffing) and dozens of deep pit marks on the roof almost to the metal.
None of the paint problems were visible when i picked the car up so seem to have been covered up with some wonder polish.
Now i've just noticed the spoiler brake light is held on with double sided sticky
tape.
Do i take the 30 day exchange option or ask for a refund if that is even an option?
Any advice welcome

O.K.
I took the car in this morning and spoke to the salesperson who sold me the
lemon SORRY! i mean car and stated my case.
They didn't say no to exchange or refund but would like the chance to put
it right and have given me a courtesy car.
I went over the faults with the guy in the workshop and when i pointed out the light blue patches as opposed to the proper colour(imperial blue) at first he said he couldn't see them even though they stood out a mile but eventually he admited they were there.
The pits on the roof, and there are dozens of them look like maybe the car was parked under a tree for long periods and bits have hit the car or wet leaves have been allowed to sit on the roof and the water has eaten into the paint,
you can actually feel the depth of pitting with your nail.
No doubt they'll ring me soon, let's hope the news is good.
I'll keep you posted.
