Pressed the window down automatically, went half way down then came back up and stopped a quarter of the way from being closed. Didn't help that it was raining![:@] Anybody else had this issue and is there any fixes??

regards

hello mate this is a saftey system to stop you shutting your arm in the window ect! dont worry it will either be that the rubbers arent lubed up enough or there is something caught

does the window go up and down in stages now?????

if so put the window right to the bottom by repeating to press the down button then when at bottom hold the switch down for 5 seconds then bring window up and then at top hold switch up for 5 seconds then the window will be reset and will have auto open/close if it gets caught again and auto goes down then maybe some wiring is in the way or the rubbers are not snug and free running

hope this helps you out a little

mine does this since I replaced the regulator, thought the window must just not go all the way to the bottom. How do i fix it hold the switch down fully down for 5 seconds then bring up and hold up for 5 seconds?

double check noting is blocking the route of the window or the clamps if not then it will be a regulaor fault the cable has jumped of some sort
