leaking waterin the passanger footwell

I have just purchased a seat leon 1.6 s 2002 and have just discovered that the passanger floor well is soaking . Upon inspection the leak appears to be coming from a tube under the trim in the top right hand corner. I'm not sure but i'm fairly sure that it seemed to be dripping faster when the air con was running. In addition to this the revs on the car seem to go up and down when the air con on I thought this was the timing but perhaps it has something to do with the air con. Any ideas gladly welcome.

REALLY easy DIY job! It cost me £2.50 and about 1 1/2 Hours of my time. There is a really good step by step with photos guide on here if you do a search..
