Leak

I have the famous leak on my Toledo 2000 model, its in the near side passenger footwell. I live on a hill and park my car facing downwards, so i don't think it can be anything to do with the pollen filter, my guess is its a faulty door seal. When it rains i get about a inch of water in my rear footwell. Can someone please give me advice on how to solve this problem, thanks in advance.

I tried the resealing the door card...did,nt work....see other threads about the problem then cut slots in the seal at front and real of door bottom...I did both top and bottom seals.....my Tolly has been dry ever since - 2 years now (and mine was driver side rear.)
