LCR Wheel Dimensions?

Hello,

please can somone confirm the following for me:

What is the width of the standard 18 inch LCR wheels? 7.5 inch / 8 inch??
What are the standard tyre dimenisions for these wheels?

I am getting some 18's for my FR and figure the best way to go is to match up the sizes and measurements with the standard LCR wheels and tyres.

The LCR is 225-40-18 x 7.5"
This is a good size to go for because it is a very popular size therefore tyre prices can even be cheaper the\an smaller tyres due to demand.
If your looking for suggestions for tyres there are loads of threads about it but if you don't want to compromise on any part of their handling go for the Good Year Eagle F1 Asymmetrics at about £115 fitted per corner. Stay away from the Pirelli P Zero s as they see to not work too well on the Leon

Also I have seen 7.5J for the spec on some wheels. Whats the 'J' about?

Is a 7.5 different to a 7.5j?

sorry to hijack, but what are the dimensions of the 17" 'starfish' wheels? (incl ET) i was searching for it the other day to no avail..
