coilovers are the only way to get rid of the mk4's "arse in the air" look,

if you get 17's on standard suspension it will look like this...

cool mate im not sure on this though i think it looks better on the ibiza mk4 cupra bumper as its less rounded at the bottom but adds a personal touch to the car i must say!

hmm, prefer it further forward, though i think i agree wid gaz, it doesnt look quite right on the fr bumper, only one way to find out though i spose, sisson dude, your car looks mega high in that pic, mine isnt that high now, even without coilovers!

Is it easy enough to fit the splitter yourself, or is it a bodge it job?

mpm1987... that was on my 17's, although my drive was on a slight slope...

the splitter is very easy to fit, it can be done with the bumper still on if you have the right tools to jack it up so you can drill holes into old bumper...

i took the bumper off 15mins max

trimmed the two lugs down abit in the centre of splitter so it would sit flush,
lined the splitter up, drilled trhough splitter into bumper,
self tapping screws (about 16!!!)

then trimmed the edges down, i also ran i bead of black silicon round the edge just to fill one or two gaps and make it sturdier,

You will need to use longer screws (1 1/2 inch) and a washer on the centre lugs otherwise it will droop down.

Hope this helps
