I have done a searchy and only found one thread about this, i put a reply up on it but got nothing back so thought i would do a new one!

This should be useful for me and others wanting to fit it ;)

I have just bought an LCR Splitter and am looking to fit it on Saturday! I know there is some things i need to do to make it fit on, i know what some of the things are but i kind of need it step by step if you know what i mean? I was wondering if anyone can help with that?

Thank you peeps

id pull the bumper off to do it personally, i think you have to drill holes in the bumper to get the screws in.

I scraped the standard bumper last night, deffo not getting a splitter!

All you need to do is centre it underneath your bumper then drill holes in each of the bits that stick out on the back of the splitter (will make sense when you have it to look at)

Then once the holes have been drilled in the splitter, get someone to help you hold it up against the underside of the bumper, before using self tapping screws to screw it on.

Then all you need to do is cut the 2 inches or so which protrudes at each side into the arch using a hacksaw blade or similar.

Just make sure you have the car jacked up before you start work.

I dont think anyones done a guide. Only because its quite straight forward. 2nd pair of hands makes it easier though :)
Once you jack up front end of car. You see what you need to do.
Remember measure twice, cut once! ;)

Jack the car are on both sides
get it on axle stands
high enough for you to get under with a drill
chop half of the 2 raised sections in the centre
offer it up to the bumper and centre it
drill through the splitter and into the underside of the bumper
4 on the drivers side, and 4 on the passenger side
The use self tapping screws to hold it in place.

..and chop the excess off sticking into the wheel wells.

Oh and then wonder how the f**k you get the jack out after you lower it down and find out it's stuck because you have zero ground clearence
