LCR SMOKING ON IDLE again

right i had this episode before and came back again, on my 2nd( new engine )also its only covered 7 k on new engine

any ways took it to the dealers they then changed the valve stem seals as they thought it was the course of the smoking stop for about 10 days then slowly started again

so im wondering what it could be as its due an mot and didnt pass on emmisions wen it got tested as he said theres oil in it being burned
any help please as im getting no were fast and need it back to normal cheers

breather system ok?

compression test and or leak down may show wear on rings perhaps.

surprised at guides/seals on a new engine.

but last time they replaced the stem seals thats all i know so is there anything else i can tell them...

bill would there be enough wear on a new or recon engine thats just covered 7k ??? in your eyes do you think its possible

How much oil are you losing? i.e. 1litre every 1000 miles?

its hardly even noticable the loss i think..

keep checking the oil but doesnt seem to be using much not noticing a noticable drop of oil on the dipstick ... at all could say how much over a thousand miles will start checking a lot more now tho

You sure is really blue smoke? Not just black or grey with a hint of blue.

Does it smoke on full chat and full boost?
Is it only on startup?
Smokes on Idle cold or warm?

no smoke on full chat or any type of driving speed

only stars on say on cool down time for turbo as if the turbo is using oil to cool down and this is being pushed thru the exhaust system its only very noticable blue smoke no black grey white smoke at all doesnt do it wen cold either that ive noticed so is only happening wen warm and is very very blue smoke ////????

need a check for codes mate yuoll ave to pop by , and the aux is still working i think ,will ave to ave a check listen aftre i switch her off , would this cause it tho if it was not working ???

Sounds more like a turbo problem than an engine issue.
100% sure they changed the turbo too?

If the AUX pump isn't working that it no good for the turbo as they are cooled down by it.

wear in 7K?
unless its not had oil in it I dont see why it would have worn so badly in such low mileage no.

pretty sure the aux is working fine as it does the smoking wen the aux seems wen cooling the turbo down if that makes sence , im thinking it is a turbo seal problem

to bill yes engine has got oil in ,,, other wise id ave no smoke . ...had a brain storm take oil out no smoke but not sure how long the engine will last lol. ..

update

seat are changing the whole entire bottom of the engine so from the head down ive been told so hopefully this will sort the prob out any ideas why there doing this ,as to wat could be the problem ..

wouldnt of thought this was possible if it was a new engine just my luck to get a bad egg oh well hope everything is sorted ,

only bad thing now is the stealers want me to pay 10 hours labour £600+ should i be ringing seat uk about this as it was a problem before the warranty ran out that they was aware of (out of warranty now tho)

assuming the new parts were fitted within the last 12 months, they're still within their own warrantee
