LCR brakes sticking in wet

After driving in the wet the front and rear disks get very rusty and I find the pads stick to them badly.
I rarely put the handbrake on when parked at home on the level, just leave it in gear so it is not the rear brakes binding under pressure. I also do not tend to drive the car hard before parking up so they can not be overheating and left to bind.

Is there anythign I can do, are the disks/pads being damaged when sticking together and having to bump the car forwards to free them.

Rear disks/pads are standard, front ones are DS2500 pads and bills 330mm disks.

Cheers
John

My pads have stuck no matter which pads I use.
I've had the standard and Pagid fast road ones, both the same
But when removing the pads (rear) due to discs needing changing there was only one small piece of pad missing from the side.
Have EBC Ultimax discs and Pagid fast road pads just now, not had stucking problem yet but this is a very new set up to me.

modern pads are more "metallic" less (no) asbestos, I think, hence more binding when left and also modern OE pads in the main wear disks faster than they used to because of it.

My audi's original disks would be consumed for a set of pads.. 1:1 :(
