That will bring the light on the dash but the mk4 golf decats do fit the leon.

^^ cheers for that info, I asked the same questiona couple of weeks ago and got no response.
Think I may get one of these and then get my local exhaust place to make up a short cat section, so I can just swap that in and out at MOT time, rather than having to remove from the DP back.
