Before you say it's sittin in the clouds my coilovers are bein fitted and I also have a set of clear side repeaters on the way and will be on by friday.

So what's your opinions?

Yes it's ditched from me taking it down the dirt track in true rally slag fashion :)

Those rims look excellent matey!
How much were the clear sidies; us white MK2 owners have got to stick together! :p

Not a fan of the spoiler though. It looks out of shape to the rest of the car. What rear bumper is that? The front's from the Bravus kit but the back isn't!

Just a note about the side repeaters. When I had my Mk2 found that late Mk3 Golf ones fitted better at the back and were more like the Ibiza ones than the Mk4 so created a better seal against water

your bumper is like mine was

you wanna add a scoop/plate up to the radiator- will drop engine temperatures down a lot better that way

looks good, i think if i was going that route id have kept with 15" alloys so u could get it lower, but i spose u had 18s last time

get the door handles coloured i think, or painted gloss black same with the mirror covers

keep it coming though!

Here's me thinkin you would all like this more to the solero ;)

Well mk4 golf side repeaters don't fit, probably should of researched that better.

Flapper - I need pics of that scoop so I can understand it more, remember mines only a 1.4 so difference will probably be minimal.

Ach - Leaving the badges on, it was and maybe still is goin for a full set of rally graphics but they quoted me far too much so I went and had my exhaust done instead.

David - Handles and mirrors are staying black as mirrors blend in and don't stick out and the handles break up the white slightly.

Probably gonna get the bottom rear lip of the rear bumper colour coded as well at some point.

havent got any pics as ive just ripped all mine off

basically it was a metal(ali) plate from the bumper at 45degrees up to the bottom of the rad with the sides folded up - makes sure air circulates to teh bottom area of the rad as the standard bumper sits higher up

F2 left open allows the air to rush past and under the car and always seemed to make mine run hotter

even a 1.4 needs proper cooling ventilation mind

as for the grille/mesh - get a piece and look at it from about 6ft away using different ways round/up you will see certain configurations let you see through some actually hide the stuff behind - have found the thickest part of the joints facing you and downwards is best way to hide stuff
