Lambswool washmitt is falling apart

Hi all.

Is a lambswool washmitt supposed to fall apart? Mine has only been used a handful of times and the wool is ripping off in huge chunks from the hide.

It's basically useless now. I'll have to throw it away.

iv had a few and cheaper ones like types u can pick up for a quid tend to start fallin apart immediately

now my megueirs one has had alot of use and is still fine. just finished using it again infact

Got a halfords one, it's lasted about 10 washes.

Maybe Halfords use lambs with a alopecia!

I bought a Megs one too, still going strong, though it washes my mum's car presently rather than my own

But it looks like they no longer sell it. It had black wool with a nylon mesh on the back that you use to scrape bugs off. (Very effective too!)

I think I'll try a Meguiars one then.

Been using a Meguiars one since about March'ish I think it is still doing well despite being used at least once a week.
