Is there anything that I can log in vagcom that will showup a dead/dying lambada sensor.

Theres no fault codes stored. MAF is 2 months old and gives expected values. My fuel consuption is awful and its been suggested that a lambada sensor my be at fault.

Ta :)

Haven't got a clue mate - but I do know it's a Lambda sensor, and not a Lambada! Don't worry we use a 'Lambda' print machine at work, and quite a few people call it the Lambada :D

No engine light, but mpg is hovering around 20-22mpg depending on the petrol. And thats taking it easy, doesnt really move wether I hammer the car or drive like a granny.

I wish I could put my foot down but im stuck @ 50-60mph most days back and fore to work. Only time I get chance to open it up is weekends @ night. Even then its still returning 20-22mpg.

MAF is a month old, and its been the same since I put it on the car. Oh well.

Eurocarparts, genuine bosch exchange unit. Part number matched the old one. I drove from Cardiff > Reading > Bath > Cardiff. 70-80mph and it peaked at 26mpg!!!
