Lambda sensor cheat and de-cat

I had my Leon Cupra (AUQ) jacked up on ramps at the weekend to check if it had a lambda sensor after the cat (considering de-cating) - and sure enough it does.... although it looks more like the lambda sensor is IN the CAT - with one other pre-cat sensor.

Basically, I'm still after a de-cat but was wondering whether ther is a method of getting around this pesky sensor without having to get a stage 2 map from Jabba/revo/MRC etc... to eliminate the lambda readings?

Is there a spacer/cheater you can use or a resistor?

Any advice would be welcome.

Cheers

Thanks fella - any idea where I could find some info on how to do this or a pointer as to who has done it? (I have used the search since last night for - de-cat, decat, lambda, O2, spacer, cheater etc....) and have not found anything useful.....

Cheers vern - had a look and not much luck there - as far as I can see it simply removes the lambda sensor slightly out of the gas flow... surely that will still throw error codes as the it will read higher O2 than normal... thinking your running lean and up your fuel mixture to compensate - similar to open loop mode....

Has noone on here bypassed the O2 sensor without using software to eliminate the signals?
