Indeed two variants of the KO4 the 210bhp one and the 225bhp on the later versions, turbos are the same i think, just a mild map making the difference in power

Not quite right. K04-001 and K04-023 are totally different turbos. The K04-023 came on both the 210 and 225 bhp engines and yes the power difference was in the map.

hi guys i bought a manifold off the net for my ko3s ibiza cupra and the part that is supposed to connect t the turbo is on the opposite side than my standard anifold. On a standard ibiza cupra is the 3 bolt connection to the turbo closest to the right of the engine or the left of the engine when looking at the engine from in front of the car?

Hi, just Reading through the thread. I bought my Ibiza cupra a month or so back and have already started buying parts for a k04 conversion. I have the k04, manifold, turbo intake pipe and fuel injectors (all from PROBEES LCR) I am looking for a decent FMIC, I also need a custom downpipe (k04 flange to a standard mk3 exhaust) I ve seen these for about £200. After the stage2 revvo this should take the car to roughly 260-280 bph. I hope to start a readers ride thread soon :)

I personally have a ko3s, 3"downpipe with 2.5" custom system, FMIC, TIP done, dump valve, relocated filter down into the wing, CC stage 2 by badger 5.
Im going to be buying one of the INA turbo Manifolds also.

Firstly what kind of power would my car be running on those mods?

would it be cheaper for me to go down the hybrid KO3s route or start to buy all the KO4 parts? bearing in mind ill need EVERYTHING involved in doing the KO4 conversion?

Im in exactly the same position at the moment, ive been researching K03's and K04's and for the power i want to be reaching it seems K04's the best way to go as some people are disapointed with the K03!

Can anyone point me in the right direction, maybe a shopping list of what is required for a K03 or a K04 turbo, IE: downpipe, map etc... And point me into the direction of someone who can fit all this as well, id love to do it myself but something like this id want to leave to the pro's!
