ko3 or ko3s, which do i have?

hi i have an 03 plate leon cupra 20vt and keep seeing eveyone going on about ko3 and ko3s turbos and then some threads sayin some leon cupra's have the ko3s turbos depending on the year.
and also what is the difference between a ko3 and a ko3s turbo??? have a had a quick look through but couldnt manage to find a thread explaining this??

K03s mate. K04 is on the Cupra r. The k03 were put on the earlier models. Not much difference between the 3 and 3s. 3s has a better flow which means better gains. A guru will be along shortly to go into detail mate.

late 2000 they started fitting the S, as said more torquey and better bhp. k03 maps to 200-210
k03s can hit 240 odd with the right mods

Will my 02 plate cupra have one then? Sorry to sound a bit thick, roughly what mods do I need to hit 240?
