Knackered Wheel Bearing

Hi guys and girls.

So I'm pretty sure my left front wheel bearing is knackered... day before yesterday it started making a horrible vibrating/grinding noise when going straight and/or turning right. :censored:

My question is, would you advise replacing both front ones while I'm at it? The other one seems fine so obviously don't want to waste money, just wondering whether one going is a sign the other might soon!

Secondly, is there any reason not to keep driving it for now? I'll get it fixed soon as I can, but not sure when I can get it done yet!

Any advice greatfully received!!

Cheers!

I replaced the front right bearing about 15k miles ago(done about 65k). I have had no problems with the left hand side. I replaced it asap cos I did not like driving it with all the vibration going thro the gearbox.

you only need to bother with the one that's buggered.
and do it ASAP, i left it too late and needed to replace the cv joint too :(
