Hey guys

went to look at a Ibiza Gti today that was super cheap but was seriously faded.

Im fairly apt at polishing and own a big bucket of g3 and a proper power polisher.

What i need to know from those with experience of this paint is how far is too far?
This particular example had some panels that were not a million miles away from almost being white!!!

Too far???

earlier kiwi was a mare, later was better, but i think they all fade, maybe the new bread of detailers may be able to help.but a bodyshop couldn't help mine way back when i had it,the paint on my old ibiza changed from front to back, and was blended in as best they could.
but these deatilers can turn a pigs ear into a silk purse

i have a kiwi, the colour wont come up - the problem with that red car is the laquer/top coat has crazed and faded - reversible, simply remove it, with the KIWI, the pigment in the actual paint has faded, no polishing or t-cutting will brin it back up - believe me, my roof is nearly white, i have tried everything, with propper industrial grade equipment and a few hours of sweat. For £300... buy it though!
