Just read the shocking news that Australian motorsport legend Peter Brock has died in a rallying accident in Western Australia.
A multiple Australian touring car champion during the 70's, and won the famous Bathurst 1000 nine times, giving him the nickname King of the Mountain, and only retired from full time touring car driving in 1997, and took up rallying.
He returned briefly to V8 Supercars in 2004, to race alongside our very own Jason Plato in the Bathurst 1000, however an inicident involving Plato and Cleland, destroyed the car before Brock got to race the car.
