New owner here. I try to search a lot of topic about Kessy but didn't find right answer.
I bought Leon MK4 e-hybrid, used. My both keyfobs , work with buttons, but not with handle if car is for some time stationary, it even can be like 20 mins.
After i push button on fob, I can do whatever with kessy, lock, unlock, without any issue, but after period of time its some sort of disable or sleep state.
Sometime boot works, but its rly rare.
I put multiple new batteries inside, different vendors, even measure batteries with voltmetter and its probably not battery issue. Also tried sync key regarding manual, but no change. Car is 3y old, without warranty. It looks that car or key go to sleep and cannot be wake up. Sometimes even if I pull fob from my pocket and touch handle for opening fob blinks twice, but car is not unlocked. In settings easy access is activated. Maybe prev owner hardcode some settings?
Do you have any tip what should I try next?
