k03s fitting help

I have got a k03s turbo which i am going to fit soon.

All the oil and coolant feeds are still on the turbo i want to no if i can keep them on the turbo and dissconnect them from the block insted to try and make fitting a bit easier.

has anybody tried this or is it a wasted of time

Disconnect all the pipes from the turbo apart from the water one that connects into the driverside of the block! thats the easiest way

just remove everythiong off the turbo, its a good full days work with good tools

did mine at work at same time as fitting decat/exhaust samco induction.i removed pipes as i saw fit to do so still a twat of a job took me four hours using power tools etc

Im planning to decat it at the same time as fitting the turbo.

Problem is that i havent herd 1 person that hasn't said that it was a:censored: of a job to fit a k03s.

whats the best way to get all the kit to fit it. ie gasgets, washer,s bolts and stuff.

Should i go to seat or vw of buy the A&M fitting kit.

just go to a seat dealer, there is a list of all the part numbers on here! its not a hard job just a time consuming job

This is what i used but some of the bolts you prob dont need but i got them just incase.

i have a quetion aswell wich i should have asked before i did mine, what torque setting are the water and oil lines ment to be done up to?
