And what a battle it has been!! The sat nav was stolen out of my car, but it wasnt a case of pull it out and un plug it, who ever took it cut through the wiring loom, the gps and radio leads, as well as smashing the double din consul and my climate control panel!!!
I mangaed to get all of the parts off ebay and refitted it with ease, if you have ever though about retro fitting sat nav into a non sat nav car it is actually a nice job to do and the parts a easily available!
I even managed to get an after market look that plugged straight into my tmc box, the result that i got from my hacked loom was very nice!
