Hey guys!!!!

So yes, today i picked up my first Seat Leon FR 170 :p

Im planning on taking Revo Stage 1 remap, although im not sure if this is going to mess up my dpf filter? Has anyone had a revo stage 1 map and got dpf problems?

also im planning on getting the car lowered!
Any ideas? After looking around i have seen people are using eibachs sportline, and JOMs or FK Streets?

What do people recommend?
I am planning to lower the car to about 45-50mm? Hopefully this amount wont damage the car!!!!

Please let me know on your thoughts
Thanks

JMerrie is running stage 1 on his CR170 and believe his has been completely trouble free.

Add me to the list of happy CR170 owners, especially if the engine takes a stage 1 with no dpf issues when the time comes..

Not wanting to state to obvious but both of your questions have been discussed many times before!!!

Revo stage 1 has no problems with the dpf. It was the old PD engines that had the problems

As for springs PLEASE use the search facility - I've lost count of the amount of times this must have been asked! I think it gets asked at least once a week!!!

Just for your info, my CR FR has been Revo'd for 25000 miles with no problems, I'll go stage2 when the 3 year warranty runs out in 7 months and I run Eibach Sportlines !

Enjoy the Leon ownership!

Also forgot to mention, how to the Eibach Sportlines compare to JOMs coilover kits? for an extra £20-£30 i can afford the JOMs. Surely better as they are coilovers and not just springs?

Has anyone thought about this? Or is the quality on JOMs that bad that Eibach Sportlines are a better option?

Let me know
Thanks again

I've had mine for just getting on a year purchased last August and I love it, like yourself I'm thinking about a stage 1 revo map although my local tuner doesnt seem to do them any more.
