just got leon fr tdi, couple of quick questions

ok i picked up my 05 plate fr tdi on saturday, i love the car but just got a couple of quick questions in relation to plans for the car

first its only come with a cd player not mp3 or anything, not sure if its after market or not but its a sony one. I was planning to keep it but no mp3 is not an option so going to get a dvd player for it, not a pop out screen just a slot one so i can put all my music on a couple of dvd's to make it easier. am i likely to need any kind of adapters to the connections or should i be ok?

secondly the brake calipers are not in the best condition, so i was looking at getting a kit to paint them when i get better bulbs. but i don't want to make it look stupid so i was thinking of getting black or silver as the leon is black, what do people reckon colour wise for it as i think black would look good

If it's got a Sony HU then it's aftermarket, so Id assume that any harness and aerial adaptors you'd need are already in there.

Go for yellow or blue on the calipers.

kinda what i was thinking, and it would be a nice contrast to the grey of the disks as well

I didn't want to draw too much attention to them with "I can't afford brembo's red" subtle is the way forward

well just ordered some better bulbs and a black kit off awesome, hoping to do that on sunday and get some pictures of the new motor posted as well. getting rid of my old pic in the avatar on sunday, will be sad to see her go though

i painted mine black ages ago, loooked good when they were first done. you wont notice them at all though painted black unless u look hard.

its more to get the whole thing in good nick tbh, the fact its black is just an after thing really
