Just bought my LCR and Guess What??

I just bough my LCR (sooner than the 14th of June SOO happy). But Guess what???

Someone from here owned it!! Who?? I got it from Grimsby (3 hours drive moan moan ) it had a personalised plate on it that has “SUU” at the end?? I think it also had a big S on the back window and a seat.co.uk sunstrip??

Very nice! The fact it's a club owned car should be a big bonus, as owners who come to forums like this tend to know what's what with their car and how to look after it.

Is it modified at all? Little bits I mean, like the wiper and brake pads and stuff like that.

Rob - Yeh thats what i thought. So im very pleased with it. Only window tints that i can see. No Fabia rear whiper . Ill have a good look over it on sat and see if there is anything els.

It has a touch screen sat nav installed as well so that a bonous.. Will help on the 3 hour drive getting it home.

Another question. The front seats in LCR's are black with a red R and are recaros? What do the non recaros look like??? Have you ever seen a car with them in??

Not many had recaros mate. Seats with just an R are standard seats, recaros actually say recaro on them

Take the Recaro badge off and there you go, they look the same.

The headrest is a little different, but that's it.

I wish i had recaros! The head rests look alot better and bigger bolsters too!

Try comparing them side-by-side, as headrests aside, there is knob all difference. Lateral support is a little better, but not enough to warrant the price difference.

I know your right rob, but it’s just those little refinements that make them so right! I guess I’m a little bit of a badge snob lol
