Picked up this in 2014 i think, The inherited 98 Festa Bomb i had finally died a death of no clutch, no breaks, and pretty much rotten through. got a massive £40 off a scrapyard for it. haha.
MK1 Leon Cupra PD150, 125k on the clock, 2800 cash, but not well looked after if im honest, i think it was a hire car previously, (had Lookers numberplates) and done mostly motorway miles.
Initial issues was a crappy stereo, and a ''clunking'' from the stearing.
Sorting the clunking out involved a new Stearing rack, new ball joints, and a NS bottom arm. Bad times, but happy its all sorted. since then only had a wheel bearing go, and cuz im a nice guy i jus replaced the whole hub instead of getting the garage to piss about replaceing a bearing, as its a mare with the ABS ring on the flange.

New drop links ready for suspension on its way.
Dropped her 50mm on the front, 30 on the back
Rears are a week old here so they settled abit more.
Started to clean up the engine bay abit.

So the shitty 3 piece scuff panel underneath finally gave up, took it all off to find the following..
had a good look on the pulleys and they looked ok, think it was jus catching the metal part of the pulley and not damageing the belt luckily.
Muffletomy done, had the pointy down exhaust of a Derv, but had the bumper for proper exhaust tips.

bit annoyed it ended up abit crooked tho.
S2k airfilter, direct fit onto the maf on a pd150. Happy days.
