Suggestions are always welcome, i like a project so if there is something you thank would be good ... Let me know!!

Bit of background:
Had a Leon Cupra, then through miles had to change to a Diesel Leon FR CR170.
Sadly sould not hack the Diesel any longer but fancied an AWD car hence the Audi Quattro.

Well couple of updates:

1. Car is getting the APR Stage 3 Race Clutch Installed, hopefully get some better launches and better drag strip times at Santa Pod (GTI Festival).

2. Been on to JS Performance as they dont do a hose kit for my car as their orange is fantastic. Going to be going to them as a development car for a couple of weeks to get all internal hoses made and replaced, just need to find a Neuspeed engine cover to finish off the bay for now before i go further.

3. Still need to get the wing mirrors done, plus a respray on the bonnet this will be done after stage 2+ coming either just before christmas or straight after the new year!!

Well ... thought i would just post a small general update ...

The clutch has been in for about 1000 miles now and had bedded in nice, to be honest the clutch pedel now is similar to OEM, light yet very grippy and responsive. The car is also starting to feel a little sluggish so i have got her booked in for a full service, oil change and general health check. The air filter gets cleaned every three months and an oil change ever 6 anyway, so with the oil change being due service as well.

I have really fallen in love with this car, the one advantage with AWD is it feels so planted even in wet, slippy and icy conditions (yes I have had ice)!!

Next works ...

This weekend is a busy and exciting one!!
Firstly I have the 3" Milltek downpipe (decat) delivered and sitting in the back of my car ready to go on!! The car is booked into EMP Performance to fit the 3" downpipe and also manufacture a custom rear section and fit that ... Mylo will not be the only "Lairy" car on the road, but i wont take his title !! So this is going to be ... hopefully a nice deep tickover, quieter cruising sound with a roaring lairy sound on full accelleration!!

"Can finally join in the tunnel runs!! Yay!!"

After that, it is booked into Awesome GTi to have the stage 2+ works done on it.
Upgraded fuel pump, APR FMIC, Spark Plugs, Forge DV - Should be about the 370 bhp mark ... will be dyno tested, confirming gains only!!
(I know the gain made on stage 1 and will be using the gain made on stage 2+ to work out bhp from Stock 265)

End of november should see the Forge catch-can and engine bay works complete.
Then after the new-year will be the Haldex controller & coilovers!!

* Somewhere in between i will get the cosmetics done too ... the the hydrodipping on the internal trim, engine cover, induction pipe and battery box.

Latest Updates ...

The car was in EMP on Friday/Saturday and then Awesome GTi on Monday to have the stage 2+ done.
It has had the Milltek DeCat 3" Downpipe and EMP custom rear exhaust section installed and my god does she sound nice.

Then at Awesome GTi the spark plugs, hi pressure fuel pump, forge dv and Stage 2+ software was done.
The exhaust got a little louder with more fuel going through it which ment heads were turning before people saw me !!

The car was Dyno'd the day after which it made 358.7bhp.
Was looking for the informus 370 ... but more than happy with the gain adding 2+!!

Well also big changes coming for the Audi, firstly new wheels on order!!
Sheared 4 Split rim bolts, possibly caused by racing or tracking the car ... so that are being sent for full check and repair if needed and then up for sale.

Secondly i am going to keep the orange inside and under the engine bay, but the exterior of the car is going to have a complete new look for next season.
Watch this space for updates!!

The car is booked in for forge oil catch can, engine bay works & of course; wheels ordered.
Should be complete around the end of November/beginning of December.
