its been done plenty

i decided to experiment before spending any money what so ever and tapped some hose into the rear screen wash line which i then clipped to the top of the fmic, punched a number of holes, and dso when i activated the rear wash it trickled down the fmic. the idea worked ok, i could see after testing that the fmic was partially wet, however gains werent really noticable.

in the end i didnt bother refining the idea

I've thought about this also, but homemade kits will never really work unless you can get a really fine mist rather than just wetting the fmic.

NX do a Nitrous intercooler chiller kit if you really wanna splash out - personally i'd rather see the gas inside instead :)

I was going to make my own kit with a fan jet washer and make a little braket to mount it so it sprayed over the cooler properly.

But after doing some logging in intake temps I dont need to to it :D
