When I read this on the teams website Scott decided to do what is probably depart from the season long plan to alternate Thommo and DT and throw them both at Silverstone I had but one thought, "That's it. We have done it. The Manufacturers title is ours!". Maybe not exactly that but that vision was in my head.

It seems to me Scott has decided to go for the jugular in terms of attacking rival teams to secure the Manufacturers title and maybe even the Teams and Drivers title. Because Jase is only 35pts behind Neal. Though the Leon seems to me slow in the straight line, I predict that if Jase, Thommo and DT can all get up there at the front of the starting lineup, with the abilities and experience Thommo has of heavier cars he is sure to do a great defensive job on Neal.

Whatever it is that Scott has decided to do by doing this, I don't think I am alone in believing Scott has pulled a great move.

for sure, it's a points robbing exercise as the m/f championship is 'won' but the more cars between Matt & Jason the greater the chance of JP getting the drivers too

Both DT & JT are excellent defensive drivers - so presuming a good qualification races 1 & 2 should be OK

Just need it to rain a week saturday then

I would love the team to do to Team Crynamics what Team Crynamics did throughout Race 3 at Knockhill. I wonder if that is the plan?

Spot on mate. A good strong qualification is crucial to a good strong start.
