just a little update fitted the pads ok over the weekend, took a little while but got there in the end.
One thing I did notice though is that the screw on the offside disc is snapped so the disc was very loose when I took the wheel off, last people to change the discs and pads were listers so thanks goes to them for making a mess of that for me.
One thing I did notice yesterday was that I get a strange kind of rubbing/grinding noise from the off side wheel mostly when turning a sharp left, not sure if this could be something to do with disc being loose but I checked it twice when fitted to be sure the wheel was on tight and the disc hadn't moved only other thing thats popped in to my head now is that the retaining clip on that side might be upside down, not sure why this would only cause problems when the wheel is turned though.
