Hi guys , for those of you that have fitrted the kit your selves just a quick question , did you build it up off car then fit it or did you build it up in bits on the car?

is there any thing i need to be aware of when fitting , like special tools and tricks ?

Rob.

Hi Rob i didnt fit mine myself but i watched Andy @ ITG fit it and he did it bit by bit on the car and also he said used a bit of cylcone spray on the pipe work so it was easier for it to slide into each other

Cheers for the reply , was going to do mine bit by bit , i think its easier this way to adjust to make it fit.
Do you know how easy it is to get to the turbo fitting part?
and what tool is needed to do this part?

i already degreased and washed my engine bay yesterday ready for fitting lol

It looked a bit fiddly it’s getting your hand and arm down there and getting the clamp of the pipe work as space is limited, I think he just used a hose clamp pliers but I’m not 100% on that, I will find out for you.

Did mine in the dark bit by bit. Used grips to remove the old clamps/clips. Dont overtighten the jubilee clips, they might snap and dont need to be really tight anyway.
