Isnt it amazing what you can find in a grille!?!?!?

Washed my car today just happened to look inside the front bumper and found a sparrow! No damage (other than dead) lay behind the fog light Now i know the FR is a bit mean looking but surely this is going a bit far. I've checked my options list and i didn't order that!

p.s Cockpit shine makes a wicked job of the rear diffuser on FR/Cupra. Still really gleaming now and i did it this morning.

Funny enough when i was having a front splitter fitted to a 106GTi many years ago the guy who was fitting it found a sparrow in my lower part of the grill or just behind it! was dead as well of course.

In my previous car (Megane) I hit a pigeon at speed half way through a long journey resulting in feathers everywhere. I assumed the pigeon will have been flattened or knocked to the side of the road. Anyway, by the end of the journey Id forgotten about it. It was a week later by the time I happened to look at the lower grille only to see the grille knocked in and a pigeons arse sticking out. Not a nice job getting the thing out.
If anyone had seen me driving about they must of thought it was some sort of mascot or momento of a pigeon enthusiast!

I remember when i was about 12 my uncle said that when driving through west midlands safari park he had hit a monkey in his Espace and a park warden had to get it off with a rake. Imagine my disappointment when my dad told me it was bollocks, gutted. Had visions of a monkeys red arse hanging out of the headlight
