Isle Of Sheppey Blue Cordy!!

Whos is that blue glitter cordy on sheppey? Saw it this morning and had to drive past to take another look!!! I'm so jelous! I wanted to be the only one over here... Anyone know who it belongs to?? It has a big wrx spoiler (i think) lil bonnet vent(lump)..... guy drives it...

I have seen a silver 5 door.. its parked down my road alot and also in the docks...
