1. love my new motor
   Though I scanned the ecu with my carista.
   3 fault codes came up
   Engine 04986
   Central electronics 01135
   Heater & AC 9474161
   
   I cleared them all, to see what comes back up and the only one that came back was the 'engine 04986'
   Looked all over google to find out what it is, to no avail. Anyone know what it is?

As for the codes you got they don't mean alot to me either lol does carista have its own codes or something haha

Maybe get someone with obdeleven or vcds to give it a scan and see what you get.

Yeah it looks like it's a carista code of it's own, i'm gonna get my mate to look at it tomorrow and see what comes up on his machine.

Yeah, I got nowt either. Might be that Carista doesn't know that exact fault, as you say maybe VCDs would throw up something more helpful. The only good news is, if it was really serious, it'd throw the check engine light on. So could be a warning. But summat like VCDs will tell you priority and frequency (and whether it's a warning or an error).
