is there a big difference in 5x100 and 5x112?

iam looken to buy a set of rims for the tolly and i just wanted to check wat is the right fitment? are wat do i need to no when buyn wheels for it and is there a big difference in 5x100 and 5x112? please help cause going to look at a set the nite. o yea it a 2002 tolly. mark 2

The hub stud pattern is 5x100

when you buy wheels they need to be 5x100 PCD or they wont fit on your car......
