Is the LCR Revo map aggresive?

Coming from a Ibiza with Revo this was waaaaay too aggressive, constantly breaking traction, felt really manic. Quick little bugger though.

I know the LCR chassis can handle a lot more power but tbh I don't really want the no boost...WHAM of the Ibiza. Saying that the LCR barely feels turbocharged it's so goddamn smooth! :D

Basically what I'm saying is I want more power, sharper throttle response and more of a turbo kick but not as brutal as the Ibiza

I have had a Custom Code on mine for a couple of months now,and i am very pleased with the way it drives..........................good strong, smooth power..........................and since i have started running it on Tesco 99 octane fuel(even though since the day i bought it up it has been run on Super unleaded 97octane),it seems to really love revs now,and seems to pull hard virtually to the redline which it used to run out of puff a bit by 5500rpm:D :D :D

I'm stage 1 Revo'd, I have been for about 2.5 years - I would say it's nice and aggressive :D

I've never had a problem with the smoothness of mine (apart from with an early version, Revo updated everyone for free).

I have fairly decent tyres (Dunlop SP) and have had the dog bone bushes replaced. In the dry traction is not a real problem, in the current conditions you have to seriously provoke it to get real wheelspin (ESP off atm). In the cold wet winter, there is less traction, obviously. It's a 260-270 odd bhp front wheel drive car FFS  and it does spool up fairly hard. Which is excellent.

I'd rather be in a position to turn it down, rather than wishing I could turn it up ;)

Find a meet near you and blag a ride :D

thats the reason i always preferd the jabba map on my ibiza over the revo. it was only when i had it jabba'd after the revo i realised how "all or nothing" the revo really was. the jabba kept the same drving style as stock, which was nice and smooth all the way though.
