Just joined so thought I’d introduce myself.
I’m Nick. Based in Northamptonshire. I own a 2015 Leon Cupra Manual in Emotion Red. I’ve owned the car for 4 years having bought it in February 2018 when the car had covered just 3000 miles. I’ve since clocked 28,000 so still low mileage.
Not sure what the feelings are on manual Cupras but I’m a bit of a purist. In this sanitised age of DSG and electronic aids on cars for me it’s much more pleasurable to use skill and ‘feel’ to drive a performance car. So much so I’ve decided to keep my Cupra for sun days and fun days and not ruin it on the daily commute where idiot drivers on the road threaten the survival of such a drivers car. No doubt in the future I will commute in a boring electric car with no soul!
Anyway looking forward to chatting on here and hopefully attending a few shows with the Cupra during the summer.
