Interior Trim

Has anyone removed any (or preferably ALL) the interior trim without breaking something or know of a guide?

The previous owner of my car had a decent sound system installed, however non of the amp wiring seems to be taped down much - causing my entire car to hum and rattle on a rough road.

The main bits i need off are the B pillars and the pillars near the boot.

Ive had the boot trim off already, and sorted the rattles out there, just unsure about the rest of the car.

any help would be appreciated.

B pillers are just screwed on, you have to remove the rear side liner first and you are prone to break some of the plugs that hold it on.

Boot pillars are easy peasy..........once you romove all the other bits to get to them. Ie parcel shelf supports. Can't say Ive seen a guide yet. Care and going slow should suffice..

Take out the rear bench first (makes it much easier) then the side pannel work from bottom of the B piller up and along (in retrospect) the B piller, cover, then parcel support and the rear piller cover. Order you dynamat early in advance because you only want to do this once. Unless you have a centraly heated garage????

If you have speakers in the side pannel watch out for the tweater cable attachment, unhook it early before heaving away at the side pannel!
