interesting day with the ibiza

well, for a start, engine warning light is off again, and has been for a while, so fingers crossed problems been solved

next i had the 'common problem' of the boot getting stuck, so this mornings job was climb on inside and grease up the lock mechanism, seems to have solved it

afternoons job was to finally get the radio working, so with the help of dad, we had seemingly every panel inside the car off, to dig out the all the wires

after few hours of faffing about, found the loose wire in question, and got it working again
except no rear speakers, but from what ive heard, im better off with just two decent door speakers and tweeters.


just one question, anyone know the part number and rough price for the door speaker grille covers? managed to snap the tabs of one when trying to remove it :/

The front speaker grills are not a separate part of the door card, you'l have to buy a full new door card if you want new ones

eek, guess ill be better off trying to track some used ones down.
also can you get the fabric inner part of the door card seperatly, or seperate them?

i fancy retrimming it in red to go with the paint if its possible

just super glue them on.... I removed them from my 1.4 YEARS ago not knowing they shouldn't come off LMAO
