intercooler advice

bought a mk3 cupra just before christmas looking at changing the front mount intercooler from a universal ebay jobbie that on now to 1 that fits propper. is there any 1 else other than forge that make a kit for the car. im sick of pipes popping. ive never had a proble with pipes popping off on any other turbo cars ive owed.

also after a front bumber that hasnt been hacked to bits

its the clamps on the pipes that are making it pop you need decent pipe clamps on instead of the cheap jubilee clamps

its not the clamps im using the same 1s as me m8 and hes running 38psi on his escort cossy his say in place ok

not sure its always dark and wet when they pop off lol. probs not it was badly fitted by previous owner its not even in the middle for the bumper

pro alloy make a good kit made i conjuction with jabba sport costs abit mind , you get what you pay for really

I am running the same front mount all i did was get sum good quality mikalor hose clamps off ebay an they havnt blown of since and a m8s runnin the same to runnin 23psi an he had no trouble once these clamps are fitted
