Intake hose replacement 1.8 20v APG

Hi everyone,

Since one of my pcv pipes broke (i think it is) on my intake, i got a LTFT of 17%.. (idk of this is the only thing that's broken).
I wanted to replace the whole intake pipe from the MAF to the throttlebody on my 1M 1.8 20v (APG) (red arrow is the pipe that broke)

I did find the partnumber: 1J0 129 684 AL but i don't find that specific one at all.. i did find 1J0 129 684 AM but that one has a connector where the red arrow is, and mine doesn't have it.

Can anyone tell me what the connector is for?

yeah i've seen the line ''for vehicle use in cold climates'' in online ETKA's which are written at the 'AM' part but I don't know if i can use the hose without connecting something to it (maybe it has some sort of valve in it hence it needs power for something? idk). Because I do not have a connector for that
