Installing a Reverse Camera

I have purchased an Auto-Vox CS-2 reverse camera. My only issue regards installation is how to feed the cameras wire through the back of the car. I own a Seat Leon FR ST version and I cannot see any route from behind the number plate to feed the wire. Has anyone any thoughts on how to do this or has already installed a camera on an ST model?
