install rear wiper Leon Cupra 2019

Hi guys, just brought my "new and used" car to the imatricolation offic (in Europe) and it's all perfect except the missing rear wiper. The original owner has removed the rear wiper and in germany seems that is not a problem. In my country it is and I need to install a new one to get the car on the streets.
My problem is that I can't find for sure the part number of the motor + compatible reare wiper. My car is a Seat Leon Cupra 290 from 2019, 5 doors NOT the st version. I think it's called 5f1 but I'm not sure. I had tried to search for a mechanical manual but seems that the link is offline.

Can someone help me ?

I had bought the 2019 5F1 model from the seat dealr. Interesting, it doesn't fit. I had discovered that German version comes out without the rear wiper and the bonnet itself is not the same as the standard model. In the end I had managed to fit-it inside with a lot of hotglue and some diy job. So now I have the rear wiper for the imatricolation. Thank you
