Install 312mm from Golf 5/6 gti on Leon 1.6 tdi?

Hello.
i have a 312mm brake kit from a golf 5 Gti.
The kit includes:
Discs
pads
hoses
hub,
...

I was gonna install the kit on my golf 6 1.6 tdi, but i sold the car.
now i have the kit, and was wondering if it will fit the 5F?
i have an 2015 Leon ST 1.6 tdi
both are 5x112.
dont know if the Hub will fit (and the rest of the pieces)...

did anyone tried this?
